Rule revisions for 2009.
The 2009 season will feature a newly revised set of rules for the season which will be simpler to play by and lead to less confusion overall.
Also, the rules are geared towards giving the offense a bit more of an advantage if a ball is put in play but it will keep the basic tenents of the game in place.
